Disclosure of shareholdings

According to Art. 20 of Swiss Stock Exchange Act disclosure has to be made if a person or group attains, falls below or exceeds the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 33.33%, 50% or 66.66% of the voting rights in Zurich Financial Services Limited shares entered in the commercial register.

The following disclosures reflect the notifications by third parties which have attained, exceeded or fallen below one of the thresholds and disclosures of Zurich Financial Services Limited's holdings in its own shares.
